Technical Information: Device information, IP address, location data, usage data, cookies and tracking technologies.

Welcome to GEWO Health. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GEWO Health.

2. Description of Services

GEWO Health provides: • Online medical consultations (video, audio, chat) • Appointment scheduling with healthcare providers • Electronic health records (EHR) management • Prescription services and medication management • Health Genie AI for personalized health recommendations • Specialized services: elderly care, women's health, lifestyle disease management • Laboratory test booking and results delivery • Surgical procedure coordination • Corporate healthcare solutions

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use GEWO Health, you must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have legal capacity to enter contracts, provide accurate registration information, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality, all account activities, notifying us of unauthorized access, and using MFA.

4. Healthcare Services — IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

⚠️ NOT FOR EMERGENCIES: In emergencies, call local emergency services immediately. Do not use GEWO Health for life-threatening conditions, severe injuries, chest pain, stroke symptoms, or suicidal thoughts. Telemedicine limitations: Physical examination is limited to visual assessment. Not all conditions can be assessed remotely. Health Genie AI DISCLAIMER: Provides educational information only. NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. Cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees displayed before booking. Cancellation policy: • Canceled >24 hours in advance: Full refund • Canceled <24 hours: 50% cancellation fee • No-shows: No refund • Technical issues on our end: Full refund Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to: violate laws, upload false information, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, harass providers or staff, use the platform for illegal activities, share credentials, scrape data, or use bots without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by GEWO Health or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your health information but grant us a license to use it for providing services.

8. Limitation of Liability

GEWO Health is provided AS IS. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, medical outcomes or provider decisions, technical failures, or third-party actions. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
